When you are living in the UAE and have eLife with Etisalat, there is one thing that you are sure of, and it is that you will have to monitor your monthly bill. You might not want to be caught up in service failures, you might want to ensure that your costs are better managed, or you might just want to be stress-free, but one necessary thing is to regularly check your bill.
I will demonstrate to you in this blog that there are four sure methods to check your eLife bill in the UAE:

Method 3: Check eLife Bill via IVR (Call 101 or 125)
I do not always feel like opening apps or sites–I simply pick up the phone and make a call. Etisalat’s IVR makes it quick.

Step 2: Follow the Menu
- Follow IVR instructions.
- Select the option for Billing Information.

- This will require your account number or registered mobile number.
Step 4: Hear Your Bill
- The system gives you the price and the pay date of your bill immediately.
Method 4: Get Your Bill by Email (eBill Service)
This is my own choice for long-lasting convenience. Subscribe, and Etisalat sends you your bill to your inbox each month without any work.
Step 1: Subscribe
- Call 101 or register through the Etisalat site.
- Give them your email address.
Step 2: Receive Monthly Bills
- Your bill will be sent to you every month in the form of a PDF.
- It shows the amount, due date, and details.
Step 3: Keep for Records
- Store these emails for reimbursements or tax purposes.
Which Method Should You Choose?
Well, it is a matter of what suits you.
- Want speed? Go for IVR calls.
- Love convenience? Use the My Etisalat UAE App.
- Need records? Stick with the Website or eBill service.
Personally, I use the app every day, although I do not give up the eBill service. That way, I never miss a thing.
